If you have 5 or more staff/employees the requirement is for you to have a written Legionella risk assessment. This assessment may state there is, or is not a risk, but it is the cornerstone of your Legionella compliance system and it will set out your path to compliance.

Once the risk from legionella ( or other targeted bacteria such as pseudomonas is quantifies) a process of risk elimination can begin as far as practical, Envirocure and Envirocure Scotland specialise in providing tried and tested methods of risk elimination to suit differing environments.

The remaining risks after this process of risk removal are then to be managed either by yourselves or with the aid of a specialist provider such as Envirocure/Envirocure Scotland and our Legionella control association certified staff.
